This home in Portland’s West Hills had been remodeled a few times, with studio space and a new family room.  We took it a step further with an inviting sunroom addition in the back yard.  We maximized the windows and added skylights with custom lighting.  The contractor also built custom book shelves and matched the flooring to the rest of the home.  This new space will be well enjoyed during raining and sunny NW weather.
